Die-cut Designer Heart

Wow!  What a stunner!

This is from a card-and-envelope set called Designer Cuts. The set is now retired, but came with 8 die cut cards, 4 each of two different designs, one of which was this heart.  The die cut is detailed and elegant.  I borrowed a technique from another wonderful stamper who demonstrated it online, but whose name escapes me. I apologize for not giving credit where it is due.

A piece of Vellum was attached with temporary tape to the FRONT side of this card. You can see the die cuts through it. Proceed to color with Stampin' Write Markers in your choice of colors the various flowers and leaves. The thin dividers between each flower covers over-coloring.  When done, lift off the vellum, attach to the inside and cover with a
4 x 5-1/4" piece of Very Vanilla to secure and cover your piece of vellum.

To finish, a strip of Pretty in Pink and non-Stampin' Up ribbon was attached to the front. I stamped the Tiny Tags "love", punched it out with the Tiny Tags punch and attached to the ribbon with White Baker's Twine.

Thanks for looking!
